Credit purchase terms

Mecasa is operated by Fastrepl, Inc. Canvas editing and sharing are free. Credits pay for AI requests and are purchased through one-time Stripe Checkout payments. There is no recurring subscription.

Using credits

Chat, product search, manual editing, saving, sharing and export are free. Each account receives 20 signup credits and one free AI floor-plan analysis. Additional AI floor-plan analyses and AI layout suggestions cost 5 credits each. Product source research costs 3 credits; image generation costs 10 credits per image. A one-time ₩9,900 payment adds 100 credits. There is no automatic recharge. Failed requests return their reserved credits. Purchased credits are tied to your account, have no scheduled expiry, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Payments and refunds

The price and credit amount are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. To request assistance or a refund, contact john@fastrepl.com with your purchase details. Refunded purchases remove the corresponding credits from your account.

AI and measurements

AI results and generated images can contain errors. Verify floor plan and product dimensions against manufacturer specifications or measurements before making a purchase or relying on furniture fit.
